Booking & appointments

Yes — appointments are required for most services. Same-day bookings are sometimes possible but depend on the day's schedule. To be safe, book at least one day ahead. You can request a slot through the form on our contact page or by calling us directly.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time of your slot. However, if the delay is significant, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Please call us if you are running behind — we prefer a heads-up.
Yes. Cancellations and reschedules must be made in advance. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment. See our Booking Policy for full details.
Sometimes. It depends on the day and the service you need. Call us in the morning to check availability. We cannot guarantee same-day slots — booking ahead is always more reliable.

No. All services are final once completed. Refunds are not available after a service has been provided. If you have a concern about the quality of a service, please contact us directly so we can discuss it.
Yes. If you are unsure, describe what you are looking for when you contact us — or call and one of the team can help you choose the right service and estimate the time needed. No need to commit to a specific service before discussing it.

Hygiene & safety

Every workstation is cleaned between clients. Tools are properly sanitised between appointments. Disposable items are used where appropriate. Hygiene is not a negotiable part of what we do — it is standard practice at LacquerLove.
No. LacquerLove provides cosmetic nail care services only. We do not offer medical, dermatological, or therapeutic nail treatments. If you have a nail or skin health concern, please consult a qualified medical professional.
Please contact us before booking if you have a known nail or skin condition. We may not be able to provide certain services, and it is better to discuss this before your appointment rather than after. We will always be straightforward with you about what we can and cannot do.

We are at 5 Rue Joachim du Bellay, 31136 Toulouse, France. There is a map and directions on our Contact page.
No. LacquerLove serves clients at the studio only. We do not offer home visits, mobile services, or travel to other locations.
Yes. LacquerLove is open to all clients regardless of gender. Our services are professional nail care — anyone looking for a quality manicure or pedicure in Toulouse is welcome.
